Here is my creation for the SHF cupcake! I was so excited to participate this month considering my favorite blog is hosting: foodbeam!YAY!
Anyways this is how it all came together:
a tender crumb chocolate cake with chocolate chunks and fleur de sel
ontop, a salted butter caramel just enough to soak the cake a little bit
then a chocolate ganache
a fig
a chocolate "boule"
and..
pure delicious!
